At Julia Amory, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
